Through a blend of yogic & somatic practices, breathwork, embodiment and intuitive guidance, you’ll move through layers that words alone can’t reach.  This is a space where healing meets soul remembrance – where transformation is both cellular and subtle. 15:30 - 17:15: Holosomatic Bodywork Session & Sound Bath

17:30 - 19:00: Yoga

19:00 - 20:30: Dinner

21:00 - 21:30: Yoga Nidra

Sunday:

8:00 - 9:30 am: Meditation & Yoga

9:30 - 10:30 am: Breakfast

11:00 - 12:30 pm: Deep Stretching & Yin-Yoga

1:00 - 2:00 pm: Closing & Departure
