19:30 - 20:30: Dinner
21:00 - 21:30: Guided Meditation / Yoga Nidra
Saturday:
7:30 - 09:30: Pranayama / Meditation and Yoga
9:30 - 10:30: Breakfast
10:30 - 15:00: Time for yourself
15:30 - 17:15: Holosomatic Bodywork Session & Sound Bath
17:30 - 19:00: Yoga
19:00 - 20:30: Dinner
21:00 - 21:30: Yoga Nidra
Sunday:
8:00 - 9:30 am: Meditation & Yoga
9:30 - 10:30 am: Breakfast
11:00 - 12:30 pm: Deep Stretching & Yin-Yoga
1:00 - 2:00 pm: Closing & Departure
